We're looking for an energetic, results-driven Outside Sales Rep - John Deere Turf & Compact Construction Equipment to join our Halifax, NS team.

Purpose:
Promote new and used John Deere Turf and Compact Construction Equipment, as well as service offerings including maintenance packages, annual inspections, etc. available through Green Diamond.
Responsibilities:
- Represents the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area
- Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership
- Assists with the preparation and execution of all customer events including Aftermarket events
- Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
- Attends applicable sales training events/seminars
- Maintains exceptional customer service
- Works to achieve Annual Sales Goals
- Promotes service contracts to new and existing customers
- Manage rental fleet and ensure all paperwork is in order and submitted in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 2+ years sales experience
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Valid and clean driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, Accurate, Articulate
- Well developed organization and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
